Why did I get a reference number?▼
Every submission gets a unique reference (e.g. QC-2026-A8X3F). It's how we track the conversation across email replies. If you don't hear back in 48 hours, reply to your auto-reply with that reference and we'll find your message immediately.
Can I call you?▼
We don't run a phone line. Email is faster - every message hits a real inbox a real human reads, no ticketing system, no chatbot. For data licensing or partnership conversations we're happy to schedule a video call after the first email exchange.
