The rules that apply to anyone visiting or using QuickCommerceMap.com.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using QuickCommerceMap.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms govern your general use of the Site and the free public dataset and analysis we publish.

Specific paid products and contracts have their own additional terms. Where those exist, they sit alongside (not in place of) these Terms. Paid report buyers are also bound by the Terms of Sale. Data licensees are additionally bound by the Data License Agreement. API customers are bound by the API Terms of Service.

3. What this site is

QuickCommerceMap is an independent research publication and data product that maps India's quick commerce dark store infrastructure. We publish:

  • An interactive map of dark store locations across the country
  • City, state, area, and platform pages summarising the network
  • Free and paid research reports analysing the industry
  • A monthly changelog tracking how the network evolves
  • Optional paid data licenses and API access for commercial users

We are not a delivery service, a job platform, an employer of dark-store workers, or affiliated with the platforms whose stores we map. See the disclaimer for the full non-affiliation statement.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site to:

  • Read, reference, and link to public pages
  • Quote short excerpts in your own work with attribution to QuickCommerceMap
  • Use the data for personal, academic, or journalistic research
  • Submit corrections, reports, or feedback through the contact form

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Bulk-scrape the Site to reconstruct the underlying database
  • Republish substantial portions of the dataset (more than incidental excerpts) in a public, open-access form
  • Use automated tools that interfere with the Site's operation, evade rate limits, or place undue load on the server
  • Use the data to train or fine-tune machine learning models where the dataset is a primary training input
  • Misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person, or submit fraudulent corrections
  • Reverse engineer non-public APIs, attempt to access admin interfaces, or probe for security vulnerabilities outside an agreed responsible-disclosure scope
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose under Indian law, including the IT Act 2000 and rules thereunder

Buyers who need bulk data access should look at the data license instead of scraping.

6. Intellectual property

The compilation, structure, presentation, analysis, written content, design, code, and other original elements of this Site are owned by Apexlayer Technologies and are protected by Indian and international copyright law. The underlying factual data - store coordinates, addresses, platform classifications - is collected from public signals, but the curation, normalisation, area grouping, statistical analysis, and editorial commentary represent original work.

Third-party trademarks (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely under nominative fair use to identify the platforms we map.

You may quote short excerpts (approximately 200 words at a time) in external work as long as you attribute the source as "QuickCommerceMap.com" and link back where the medium allows. For anything beyond fair use, contact us first.

7. User submissions

When you submit a correction, report, or message through the contact form or by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that submission to improve the dataset and to respond to you. We will not publish your message or attribute it to you publicly without your permission, except in aggregate or anonymised form.

You confirm that anything you submit is your own work or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.

Paid reports, data licenses, and API subscriptions are governed by product-specific contracts (linked under §1) in addition to these Terms. The product page for each paid offering states the price, scope, and delivery terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per the terms of the relevant product contract.

The Site links to third-party websites, including platform store pages, news articles, regulatory documents, and our sister product QuickCommerceJobs.com. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and the data are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties - express, implied, statutory, or otherwise - about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or the data. Specifically:

  • The data is updated approximately monthly and may not reflect real-time conditions
  • Coordinates are accurate to within ~50 metres for most stores but should not be used for navigation
  • Statistical analysis is descriptive, not predictive, and is not investment, legal, or tax advice

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexlayer Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill - arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, regardless of the legal theory and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees) for visitors to the free public site, or the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim if you are a paying customer (which controls if higher).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apexlayer Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or the data; or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights through content you submit.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Site in a way that harms the Site or other users. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or in our newsletter. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
