API Terms of Service

Applies to all access to api.quickcommercejobs.com. Last updated 2026-04-14.

Draft - needs lawyer review

Working draft. The API is currently waitlist-only; these terms become operative when a customer is granted access.

1. Provider

The API is operated by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (Apexlayer Technologies). Registered office: WeWork India, DLF Forum, DLF Cyber City Phase III, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.

2. Eligibility

API access is granted to organisations or developers approved by us. We may decline or revoke access for any lawful reason.

3. Authentication and credentials

Access requires an API key. Customers are responsible for keeping their API keys secret. Suspected compromise must be reported to hello@quickcommercejobs.com immediately so we can rotate the key.

4. Rate limits and tiers

Rate limits are enforced per API key per day. Tier limits and any custom adjustments are stated in the order form.

  • Dev: 1,000 requests / day.
  • Pro: 10,000 requests / day, with webhook notifications.
  • Enterprise: custom limits per order form.

5. Acceptable use

Customers shall not: (a) attempt to scrape or reconstruct the underlying database in bulk; (b) resell raw API responses without a separate redistribution agreement; (c) use the API to compete directly with QuickCommerceMap as an indexing service; (d) probe for security vulnerabilities outside an agreed responsible-disclosure scope.

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability for paid tiers. Enterprise customers may negotiate a stricter SLA in the order form. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Data freshness

Snapshot frequency is per the customer's tier. We do not warrant real-time accuracy of the underlying market data.

8. Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay or similar, in advance. Late payments may result in API key suspension after 7 days' notice.

9. Liability

Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Indirect and consequential losses are excluded.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. We may terminate immediately for abuse, security incidents, or violations of acceptable use.

11. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction at the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
