1. Who you're buying from

Paid reports listed on quickcommercemap.com are sold by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (Apexlayer Technologies), a private limited company incorporated in India.

2. What you're buying

A digital PDF report. The page count, scope, and intended audience are listed on the report's own product page. Reports are produced from publicly observable signals and our own data collection; they are research and analysis, not investment advice.

3. Pricing and tax

All listed prices are inclusive of applicable Indian GST. We will issue a GST-compliant tax invoice in your name (or your company's name, if provided) within 24 hours of payment.

4. Payment

For this launch, payment is by emailed Razorpay link (UPI, NEFT, or card). The download link is sent to the email address on file once payment clears, typically within one working hour.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered as a downloadable PDF via a private, time-limited link. Links expire after seven days but can be regenerated on request.

6. License

Your purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to one named individual or one organisation to use the report for internal purposes. You may quote short excerpts (no more than 200 words at a time) in external work with attribution. You may not republish or resell the report in whole or substantial part.

7. Refunds

If the report does not match its description, you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase by emailing hello@quickcommercejobs.com with your invoice number. Refund-eligible cases include: significantly fewer pages than listed, missing chapters listed in the table of contents, or an unreadable file.

8. Updates and revisions

We update reports quarterly. Buyers of an updated report do not automatically receive subsequent versions; new versions are sold separately. We may notify previous buyers of major revisions and extend a discount.

9. Liability

Reports are provided "as is". Apexlayer Technologies disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by Indian law and limits its aggregate liability to the price paid for the report in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the product pages and in your purchase receipt email.
